AVAILABILITY OF OUR SERVICES
Our services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of our services anytime for any reason, such as if you violate the letter or spirit of our Terms or create harm, risk, or possible legal exposure for Goldcopytrader.com.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND DIRECT PAYMENT
All the subscriptions to Companies’ services are automatically renewed at the end of their initial term (e.g. if a monthly subscriber joines on the 1st of April, that subscription will be automatically renewed on the 1st of May, unless canceled prior to such date). This furthermore means that also all the payments are automatic, which is clearly marked at each separate service the Companies offer.
It is your responsibility to provide notice of cancellation at least 2 days prior to the renewal date if you do not wish the subscription to be automatically renewed through WebLogin of Goldcopytrader.com service. If your membership is automatically renewed and you have not informed us that you want to cancel your membership, you are entitled to a refund for 5 days only. More than 5 days after the automatic renewal you are not entitled to any refund.
By agreeing to our Terms of use you agree to automatic renewal of your subscription and automatic payment for our services.
REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the service that you have purchased, you can request a full refund in the first 5 days of your subscription and payment made, after those initial 5 days you will not be eligible for a refund of the subscription cost of any service. After 5 days no refund will be processed for no reason and under no circumstances whatsoever.

You must use Goldcopytrader.com according to our Terms and posted policies. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.
LEGAL AND ACCEPTABLE USE
